1) Annual General Business Meeting:
We decided to move the AGBM back a week so that it would not fall on the Thanksgiving Long Weekend.

That means the meeting will be on October 16th following swimming.
We are hoping to hold it at St John's in the staff lunge but need to confirm this.
The club will provide coffee. The remainder of the snacks and refreshments will be pot-luck.

2) Club Shirts:

Bob has organized some wonderful club shirts for this year.
They are knit cotton with collars, short sleeves, and the club name and logo embroidered on them.
They cost $30.00 each and are available in a variety of sizes. They are high quality shirts and well worth the price.

We plan on ordering regular T-shirts next year to celebrate the 30th Annual Pop-Sidwell. They will be less expensive and we hope to sell some at the Pop Sidwell.
