2008-2009 Mid-Can Masters Swimming Fees

· Our fees are as follows:

Regular Membership:
   3 swims a week = $415
    2 swims a week = $320 
    1 swim a week   = $260


Membership Forms, and Fees are due by Saturday, September 27th, 2008.
A late fee ($10.00) is payable for any late membership fee payment.
Forms and cheques may be given to Colleen, or any executive member.

Term Memberships are for 4 months each with payments due: Sept 27, 2008, Jan 3, 2009 and May 2, 2009.

Notes:

1. A prospective member has the right to attend 3 practices for free before making a decision on whether to join the club.

2. If a member joins the club part way through the year/session, then fees will be prorated for the time remaining in the year/session.

3. Under the 2 practices a week option, a member cannot carry forward unused practices. For example, a member cannot attend 3 practices one week because the member only attended one practice the previous week.
